Babylon reports more than 56,000 BTC staked. Its Trustless Bitcoin Vaults testnet aims to let a user keep BTC in a Bitcoin vault while using verifiable collateral on Ethereum applications such as Aave v4.

Ledger signer support and a June 2026 Aegis partnership broaden the route from self-custodied BTC to onchain credit, but the vault product is still progressing through testing.
