Research credits
A new analysis costs 10 credits and a refresh 5. Lite adds 10 credits a month, Pro 2 a day and Enterprise 7 a day. On a paid plan, packs add credits that never expire.
A research that fails returns its credits by itself. Unused pack credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. In the EU, the EEA or the UK, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to credit packs.

What do I see beyond my plan?
A coin in the public set of 244 still shows its STRICT score, six pillars with arithmetic, and risk score. Other coins show an overview.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. The first payment of any plan is refunded in full within 14 days, once per customer. Every yearly renewal is refunded in full within 14 days of its charge. Write to contact@clashware.com. The refund ends the plan the same day. A monthly renewal is not refunded; the plan runs to the end of the paid month. Purchases made in the iOS app are refunded by Apple. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies, and the limits above do not reduce it.
What is a research credit?
Credits pay for research on a new coin (10 credits) or a refresh (5). A research that fails returns its credits. Packs add more.
I had an account before the rename. What changes?
Coira is now StrictScore. Same account: sign in again once.
How reliable are the scenarios and the upside column?
They are model outputs, not forecasts, and their calibration is provisional. The upside column is the high (P90) cycle-peak case as a multiple of the price at analysis. The track record page logs every published target and how it has fared, misses included. Its calibration table counts how often a base target was touched, which is not the event behind the 12-month probability, so it does not yet measure that probability.
Is a STRICT score investment advice?
No. The engine signal comes from the score, the risk score and the 12-month probability, and it is not investment advice.
