Key points
Not financial advice
StrictScore publishes research and scores for information only. Your investment decisions are yours.
Cancel any time
A paid plan renews until you cancel it in Settings, or in your Apple account settings if you bought it in the iOS app. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
14-day money-back guarantee
Your first payment for a plan (once per customer) and each yearly renewal are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, under the conditions of section 9. Refunds of iOS app purchases are decided by Apple.
1.About these terms
StrictScore is operated by Clashware Sàrl, a limited liability company under Swiss law (UID CHE-178.795.076), Avenue de Jurigoz 15, 1006 Lausanne, Switzerland ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website strictscore.com, its API and MCP access, and the StrictScore mobile apps (together, "the service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a plan or credits, or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies.
2.Who may use the service
To use the service you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher;
- give accurate information and keep your email address up to date;
- keep one account per person and not share it, its password or its API keys with anyone;
- tell us without delay if you believe someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3.What StrictScore provides
StrictScore publishes research on crypto assets: the STRICT score, the rarity tier, the pillar analysis, scenarios, probabilities and signals, and research reports. They are computed by our published scoring method from public market, on-chain and project data. Where the data is not sufficient, we withhold the score instead of estimating it. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. We may add, change or remove features; section 14 explains what happens if a change removes something you paid for.
4.Not financial advice
Important
StrictScore provides general information for educational purposes only. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, or an offer of any financial service. We are not a broker, a bank or a licensed financial adviser, and we do not take into account your personal situation. Scenarios, probabilities and signals are model estimates, not predictions or promises. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of the money you put into them. Past performance does not indicate future results. Do your own research and consider independent professional advice before you make any investment decision.
5.Automated and AI-generated analysis
Parts of the analysis, including research reports and the summaries on coin pages, are generated with AI models and automated data sources. They can contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. We review the method and correct errors we learn about, but we do not check every output before it is published. Do not rely on any single score, report or figure as the only basis of a decision. If you find an error, write to us and we will look at it; we may correct, withdraw or recompute an analysis at any time.
6.Plans, prices and billing
- Plans: The service has a free plan and paid plans (Lite, Pro and Enterprise). The features, limits and prices of each plan are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
- Billing: Paid plans bought on strictscore.com are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout. Prices include taxes where the law requires them to be shown included; elsewhere taxes are added at checkout.
- Automatic renewal: A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- Payment: Payments for plans bought on strictscore.com are processed by Stripe. In some countries Stripe sells the subscription to you as merchant of record; Stripe then appears on your statement and its own terms also apply to that payment. Sections 6, 7 and 9 apply to those purchases only. A subscription bought in the iOS app is sold and billed by Apple, for the period and at the price shown in the app before you subscribe, with the free trial the app shows, if any. Apple's terms govern its payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
- Your price: A subscription that was active before the prices on the pricing page changed keeps renewing at the price you pay today. If we ever change the price of an existing subscription, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
7.Trials
- Paid plans bought on strictscore.com, Lite included, have no trial: the money-back guarantee in section 9 applies to them instead. A free trial shown in the iOS app is a separate Apple trial: it uses your Apple payment method, and Apple charges at its end unless you cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before it ends.
- A trial started with a payment card before these terms took effect continues on the terms you accepted when you started it.
8.Cancellation and renewal reminders
- You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings, under Billing. A subscription bought in the iOS app is cancelled in your Apple account settings.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
- Before a yearly subscription renews, we send you an email 7 days in advance with the amount, the date and a link to cancel.
9.Money-back guarantee and refunds
- First payment: If you are not satisfied, we refund the first payment of a Lite, Pro or Enterprise subscription, monthly or yearly, in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. This applies once per customer.
- Yearly renewals: We also refund a yearly renewal in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
- Monthly renewals: Monthly renewals are not refunded. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- How to ask: Write to us by email at contact@clashware.com. A refund ends the subscription and its paid features on the day it is made. The money goes back to the payment method you used; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
- Apple purchases: The guarantee in this section applies to purchases made on strictscore.com. It does not apply to subscriptions bought in the iOS app. Apple decides refunds of those purchases, and you request them from Apple.
- Your rights: This guarantee is in addition to any right the law of your country gives you.
10.Research credits
- What credits are for: Credits pay for research on demand: a new research report on a coin costs 10 credits and a refresh of an existing report costs 5 credits.
- Plan credits: Some paid plans include credits, as shown on the pricing page. Plan credits are added on the schedule of the plan, up to the stored maximum of the plan, and are spent before purchased credits.
- Credit packs: You can buy credit packs at the prices shown at checkout. Purchased credits never expire.
- Immediate delivery: Purchased credits are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds.
- Refund of unused credits: You can ask for a refund of the unused credits of a pack within 14 days of the purchase. Credits already spent are not refunded, except under section 11.
- Failed research: If a research request is rejected or fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
- No cash value: Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money except under this section.
11.Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a contract for a digital service or digital content. We do not ask you to give up this right: it covers your subscription and your credit packs, whether or not you have used the credits. Section 9 also gives you a refund of the first payment and of yearly renewals within 14 days; it is in addition to your statutory rights, and it is subject to the conditions of section 9 (it applies once per customer to the first payment, and purchases made in the iOS app are refunded by Apple). To withdraw, tell us within 14 days of the purchase by email to contact@clashware.com. You may use the model withdrawal form of Directive 2011/83/EU, but you do not have to.
12.API and MCP access
API and MCP access is part of the Enterprise plan. It belongs to one account: keys are personal, there are no seats and no service level agreement. Requests are limited to the rate the service enforces at the time. You may use the data for your own analysis and products that do not resell or redistribute StrictScore data as a data feed.
13.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any illegal purpose;
- try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or get around its limits;
- scrape, copy or redistribute our content, except through the API and the published embed widgets as provided;
- open several accounts to obtain more trials, credits or features;
- impersonate anyone or give false information.
14.Content, changes and availability
- Our content: The scores, reports, texts, design and software of the service belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own information. You may share a link or a short quote with attribution to StrictScore; any other reproduction needs our written permission.
- Your content: Your watchlists, alerts and settings remain yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service.
- Availability: We provide the service as it is and as available. We do not promise that it is uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may interrupt it for maintenance or security.
- Discontinued features: If we stop a paid plan or remove one of its main features, we tell you in advance and refund the unused part of any period you paid for.
15.Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deleting it cancels the subscriptions billed by us through Stripe. A subscription bought in the iOS app must be cancelled in your Apple account settings, because deleting your account does not cancel it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account without a serious breach on your part, we refund the unused part of any period you paid for.
16.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from investment or trading decisions, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right that mandatory consumer law gives you.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell you about a material change by email or in the service at least 30 days before it applies to an active paid subscription. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it applies. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
18.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and any right it gives you to bring a claim in its courts.
