The project has continued to ship product-facing work: its BIOS AI Scientist and Aubrai agent are live, and Bio Protocol describes a path from community-funded research to consumer products through Biofy. In September 2025, the project announced a $6.9M funding round and stated that its network had directed more than $50M to scientific research since 2024.
At the July 31, 2026 research date, CoinGecko showed a market capitalization near $49M, a fully diluted valuation near $76M, and 2.145B BIO circulating from a 3.32B maximum supply. BIO remains a high-volatility, early-stage token: it traded roughly 97% below its January 2025 all-time high, and the protocol has not disclosed recurring fee or revenue totals that would prove token value accrual.
