Sustainability80

Can this project keep operating and funding itself for years?

FGRS represents equity in an operating public company that reported positive net income and adjusted EBITDA, while remaining exposed to Figure's business and credit-cycle performance.1

Transparency95

Can outsiders see and check what the team and the protocol do?

The SEC prospectus provides detailed issuer financials, governance, share rights, transfer restrictions, conversion mechanics, and offering risks for the registered blockchain shares.1

Revenue75

Does the protocol earn real fees or income from use?

The underlying issuer disclosed substantial net income and adjusted EBITDA for the first nine months of 2025, giving the equity documented operating economics rather than token incentives alone.1

Innovation85

Is the technology being built and shipped, and does it matter?

FGRS is registered corporate equity issued and settled natively on Provenance Blockchain with holder-directed one-for-one conversion into Nasdaq-traded FIGR Class A shares.1

Community50

Who uses, builds and holds it, and how durable is that base?

Access is restricted to KYC-approved wallets and Figure Markets ATS, and the dedicated FGRS market has much narrower reach than conventional Nasdaq brokerage distribution.213

Tokenomics75

Do supply, issuance and unlocks protect holders from dilution?

Each whole FGRS share has direct corporate equity rights and can convert into one FIGR Class A share, but future corporate issuance and dual-class control can dilute or constrain holders.1

About FGRS (Figure Tokenized Stock)

Analysis of 19 Jul 2026

FGRS is Figure Technology Solutions Series A Blockchain Common Stock, not a synthetic crypto token that merely follows a share price. Figure registered the offering with the SEC and issued the shares on Provenance Blockchain through its On-chain Public Equity Network.

Full overviewShow less

The February 18, 2026 prospectus priced the offering at $32 per share and registered up to 4.375 million blockchain shares. Each whole FGRS share can be converted at the holder's election into one whole share of Figure Class A common stock, which trades on Nasdaq as FIGR.

FGRS is eligible for trading on Figure Markets ATS, is not itself listed on Nasdaq, and can transfer only between wallets that complete KYC and anti-money-laundering onboarding. Holders therefore own regulated corporate equity with shareholder economics, while settlement, custody, venue access, and transfer controls differ from conventional brokerage shares.

Investment thesis

FGRS tests whether public-company equity can be issued, traded, and settled natively on a blockchain without reducing the holder to a contractual price claim. Its strongest feature is legal equivalence: one whole blockchain share can convert into one whole FIGR Class A share, and the SEC prospectus defines the rights and risks.

Full thesisShow less

Figure also entered the offering with a profitable operating record, reporting $119 million of net income and $170 million of adjusted EBITDA for the first nine months of 2025. The constraint is access.

FGRS trades on Figure Markets ATS, requires approved wallets, and adds Provenance and platform dependencies to the underlying Figure equity risk. Investors should compare the ATS spread, conversion process, custody model, and voting treatment directly with buying FIGR through a conventional broker.

Strengths
  • The SEC-registered security represents actual Figure Series A Blockchain Common Stock rather than an unsecured synthetic tracker
  • Each whole FGRS share is holder-convertible into one whole Nasdaq-traded FIGR Class A share
  • The prospectus provides detailed audited financial, governance, transfer, conversion, and risk disclosure
  • Native issuance and settlement on Provenance can reduce reconciliation steps between token records and the legal shareholder register
  • Figure reported $119 million of net income and $170 million of adjusted EBITDA for the first nine months of 2025
Risks
  • FGRS remains a single-company equity position exposed to Figure earnings, credit markets, regulation, and valuation changes
  • The blockchain shares are not listed on Nasdaq and may have less liquidity and wider spreads than FIGR Class A shares
  • Only KYC-approved wallets can receive the security, limiting permissionless transfer and DeFi composability
  • Investors depend on Figure Markets ATS, wallet controls, Provenance infrastructure, and correct conversion processing
  • Conversion produces only whole Class A shares, so fractional positions require separate handling
  • Figure's dual-class governance and future corporate issuance can limit minority influence or dilute economic ownership
Competitive position

FGRS differs from most tokenized-stock products because the token is the registered share itself and can convert one-for-one into FIGR Class A common stock. Many onchain equity products instead provide beneficial interests, depositary claims, or contractual price exposure through a separate issuer and custodian.

Full positionShow less

That legal clarity is an advantage. Conventional FIGR shares still offer broader brokerage access, Nasdaq liquidity, and familiar custody, while FGRS offers blockchain-native transfer and settlement inside a regulated, permissioned environment.

The practical winner for an investor depends on ATS liquidity, conversion friction, custody preference, and whether onchain collateral or settlement use is valuable enough to justify the extra infrastructure dependencies.

Conclusion

FGRS is best evaluated as Figure equity with a different market and settlement rail. The SEC registration, direct shareholder status, audited issuer disclosure, and one-for-one conversion into FIGR Class A shares give it stronger legal foundations than synthetic stock tokens.

Full conclusionShow less

The tradeoff is narrower access: FGRS is confined to an ATS and KYC-approved wallets and depends on Figure Markets and Provenance operations.

Before choosing FGRS over FIGR, compare live spreads, conversion timing, voting treatment, and custody protections. Blockchain settlement is meaningful only if those mechanics improve the investor's actual use case.
