Arcblock is a full-stack Web3 development platform founded in 2017 by Robert Mao, a former Microsoft engineer, that combines blockchain infrastructure, decentralized identity (DID), and AI agent capabilities into a unified developer framework. The ABT token trades at approximately $0.246 on May 20, 2026, with a market cap of $24.2 million and a rank of #793 on CoinGecko.

The platform operates its own Layer 1 blockchain (ABT Chain) using Delegated Proof-of-Stake consensus built on Tendermint BFT, while maintaining an ERC-20 bridge on Ethereum. Arcblock's Blocklet architecture provides serverless computing components that function as self-executing microservices running both on-chain and off-chain.

The project raised $45 million in its 2018 ICO and has since pivoted toward AI integration with the AIGNE Framework, which enables developers to build autonomous AI agents that can hold assets and execute smart contracts. Recent developments include quantum-resistant DID upgrades using SHA3-512 encryption, Blocklet Store 2.0, and DID technology trials with UK legal and financial services.

Despite active development across 24 GitHub repositories updated in 2026, the token faces severe liquidity constraints with only $20K in daily trading volume and sits 94.76% below its May 2024 all-time high of $4.69. The platform is listed on Coinbase, Gate, Uniswap, and several smaller exchanges.
