Kinetiq Staked HYPE (kHYPE) is the primary liquid staking token on the Hyperliquid L1 blockchain. Users deposit native HYPE into Kinetiq to mint yield-bearing kHYPE for use across HyperEVM decentralized finance protocols.

Launched on July 15, 2025, the protocol reached $936.64M in DefiLlama TVL as of November 4, 2026. Its StakeHub engine autonomously scores and rebalances validators across reliability, security, economics, governance, and longevity metrics.
Kinetiq charges a 10% fee on staking rewards, directing 70% to KNTQ open-market buybacks and 30% to treasury. Redemptions back to native HYPE require an eight to nine day unstaking queue on Hyperliquid.
Beyond kHYPE, the platform operates Markets by Kinetiq (kmHYPE), four institutional staking deployments, and the Elysium Layer 2.
