MNEE is a fully collateralized USD-backed stablecoin with a market cap of $100.5 million and 101 million tokens in circulation as of June 4, 2026, maintaining a 1:1 peg with the US dollar at $0.999 per token. Each token is backed by US Treasury bills with durations under 90 days and USD cash held by qualified custodians.

Operating under Antigua and Barbuda FSRC Class A Digital Asset Business License, MNEE provides monthly third-party reserve attestations by Wolf & Company, P.C. using dual snapshot methodology per AICPA attestation standards. Deployed on both Ethereum (ERC-20, since July 2024) and BSV 1Sat Ordinals (since March 2025), MNEE offers transaction fees as low as 1/10th of a cent on BSV with no gas token required.
