Port3 Network (PORT3) is a decentralized AI data layer on BNB Smart Chain that aggregates on-chain and off-chain social datasets for Web3 analytics and workflow automation. Founded in 2022 by Max D. and Anthony Deng with COO Derek Kong, the project raised $10M across four funding rounds from Jump Crypto, KuCoin Ventures, EMURGO, and Gate Labs.

Its product suite centers on SoQuest (a Web3 quest platform claiming 4.8M+ cumulative users and 70K+ daily active users), OpenBQL (an AI-assisted cross-chain query language), Rankit (an on-chain user behavior scoring engine deployed on BNB Chain in 2025), and DeCalc (a federated learning network claiming 500K+ mobile devices). In November 2025, an attacker exploited a boundary condition flaw in Port3's CATERC20 cross-chain bridge (contract 0xb4357054c3da8d46ed642383f03139ac7f090343) to mint 1 billion unauthorized PORT3 tokens worth $13M nominally and dump roughly 162 million tokens on-chain, triggering an 80% price drop.
The team took a holder snapshot at 20:56 UTC, migrated balances 1:1 to a new BNB Smart Chain contract (0xf6402bec11bd945bbd46be77e1fa5d477883f6c2), phased out Ethereum liquidity, and permanently burned 162,750,000 team tokens to keep the 1 billion supply cap intact.
