Precious Metals USD (pmUSD) is an overcollateralized stablecoin issued by RAAC protocol, backed by tokenized precious metals from the $235M Pretio Foundation and I-ON Digital"s $200M gold partnership. Using a collateralized debt position (CDP) model with conservative 5:1 reserve ratio (80% spot price discount on gold valuation), users deposit ERC-20 tokenized metals to mint USD-pegged stablecoins.
