Resolv (RESOLV) is a delta-neutral stablecoin protocol that issues USR, a yield-bearing synthetic dollar backed by hedged ETH and BTC collateral. The protocol generates yield through liquid staking rewards and perpetual futures funding rates.

Resolv uses a dual-tranche structure where USR serves as the senior stablecoin and the Resolv Liquidity Pool absorbs hedging and counterparty losses. Backed by a $10M seed round from Coinbase Ventures, Maven11, and Arrington Capital, the platform expanded across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and BNB Chain.
The protocol partnered with Fireblocks and Ceffu for off-exchange collateral custody. In March 2026, an attacker exploited a compromised key to mint 80 million unbacked USR and extract $25M in ETH.
That breach caused USR to lose its dollar peg and forced security overhauls across the protocol.
