Treehouse ETH (tETH) is a liquid staking and fixed-income vault token issued by Treehouse Protocol on Ethereum and Arbitrum. Launched in September 2024, tETH combines base Ethereum liquid staking yields with Market Efficiency Yield generated from automated interest-rate arbitrage across Aave and Spark lending markets.

By borrowing ETH against staked ETH when borrowing costs sit below staking rewards, the vault converges fragmented DeFi ETH rates toward the Treehouse Ethereum Staking Rate benchmark. The protocol backs tETH with a dedicated protocol-owned peg protection fund and has completed more than 11 security audits from Trail of Bits, Sigma Prime, PeckShield, and Fuzzland.
